Thanks for the tip on the Doug Kenny bio - on my way to get it today.

LOVED the old mags (High School Yearbook was a particular fave, but the 
"dog" cover still makes me laugh!), the radio hour and the first couple of 
associated movies. I hate how cheap the "National Lampoon" imprint has 
become - seems like they release a really stupid flash-the-flesh comedy 
every 4-6 months. Like Porsche subbing crappy lawnmowers for their cars w/o 
warning.
