monster musician (and songwriter too) -- they all are in their own
realm.

Yeah, me too. So when you say that it's easy or just an action that mimicks 'falling off a log' to create something worth debating on this board, that's when I get frustrated.
Yes, you have musical talent, yes, you've released music, yes, you've shared a stage with bands as good as Splitsville, etc.
And I applaud you for it. You've accomplished more than someone like me, who is simply a non-musically talented fan.
But don't make it sound like all you have to do is work (only) 40 hours a week, dig the Beatles, get the tape rolling, drag the plectrum across the strings and you're good to go.

Myracle Brah has been discussed earlier, but regardless of anyone's thoughts of Splitsville, it's not as if any
crumb-bumb with passion, desire, imagination, time, plus a guitar, could have written tunes as good as Yearbook, Big Red Sun, Forever, Concentrate on You, Manna, White Dwarf, the Next One, Brink or Headache.

That anyone could whip out a riff, noodle around and come up with stuff like the above tunes? Because it's easy?
No fuckin' way. I ain't buying it.

I know for a fact that those guys worked their asses off to make those ideas, those phrases, those 5 second riffs, actual songs, and to suggest anything else is an insult to all four of them.
