That's how I feel too....

But it may also SOUND like it was done in a bedroom w/ a ProTools rig and a
few good condenser mics. Your mileage, as a listener, my vary.
Personally, I've got no problem with it as long as the SONGS are great. I
would suggest investing a bit of money to anyone recording this way to at
least outsource it to a second set of ears for mixing. And, god, please god,
get it mastered by a PRO.
