In retrospect, you're probably right....I did do a bit of exploring, 
based on Audities recommendations, I also picked up the latest Pernice 
Brothers album, plus tracks from Decemberists, New Pornographers, and a 
few others.   I guess I was comparing it to the iTunes music store.  
There's no denying their catalog is much deeper, and the relatively 
seamless integration into iTunes/iPod-land is...easy.

And if it's music that I'm dead serious about, I'll still buy the CD 
from Not Lame or Kool Kat.

But your points are well taken.  And for what it's worth, I too am also 
frequently puzzled by things I do.
