In the right neighborhoood - a "Will Play For Food" sign could yield
some tasty results. Cooking being my second favorite art form - and
another one I'm not too good at myself so must rely of the talents of
others.

And about the thread in general - I must have 'wasted' five hours of
work just re-reading and thinking about the various posts. I might
have to sneak into work to catch up tomorrow.

I'm talking very generally here - just the fact that stores close,
labels fold, bands hang it up, cds are rootkitted, kids being sued,
institutions destroyed - all this weird stuff is taking it's toll.
People are trying to pinpoint the cause and figure out where to go
next - and if you care at all you have an opinion - usualy a strong
one because some aspect of the 'problem' reaches artists and consumers
every day. And this can make you feel angry or guilty or responsible
or whatever - and usually if something makes you feel that way you
will attack it - even if its just a little bit. And when money is
involed - look out.

Some great topics for my weekly music study group (beer and tunes).
