www.hmv.co.uk usually sells new releases for less than a tenner.
Often £7.99  You can bring this down even more by accessing their site
through Quidco.com, which gives you 10% back on every CD you order.

Also, if you've got a Fopp near you, and can wait a little while, they
tend to do fairly heavy discounts on CDs once they've been around for
a few months/years (on rotation, so the albums the discounts apply to
can change from one week to the next).

My local indie sources of CDs have dried up, after the local council
managed to screw the independent traders.  But there are still plenty
of online sources for cheap CDs, and importing (2 or 3 at a time) from
the US has never been cheaper, thanks to the devalued dollar.
