I like music on DVD more and more all the time. I just got my first

Anyone have any big favorites?

I reply with unbridled glee, etc.:
Good God man, where do I begin? As a 48 year old single guy with no
children, if I'm not out at a live show, I'm home watching a music or
concert DVD (or the Orioles, GO O'S!). My very first recommendation
would be Ben Folds Five Sessions at W. 54th and most of the Old Grey
Whistle Test series (take your pick). Gotta work today (leaving in a few
minutes), so I'll come up with at least a short list for ya later on
this evening. Also, I'm slightly hungover from last nights Dewey Beach
Popfest. The Jellybricks, IKE, Omnisoul, all the "regional" acts did a
fine, rockin' job. The Parallax Project guys were there. Didn't get much
of a chance to see the NYC, LA and other big-city acts. Again, early AM
work called. Also again, I've had a perforated ear drum that's been
resistant to healing (an infection that's now finally abated) for months
now, so my world's kinda been turned upside down of late. PROTECT your
hearing folks. I'm wearing a freakin' BTE temporary hearing aid while
this thing heals.
Also cranking it up in the dark,

the poster child for musician's ear plugs (macks Hear Plugs work well
for me, and they are JUST coming out now with a new and improved
state-of-the-art technology model, really soft silicone and clear
colored, 28db noise reduction with NO frequency-range loss, under
$20.00)
