Would it make me a complete Philistine if I said American -- if only because
it includes "White Man in Hammersmith Palais?"

But natch, the UK version is the more authentic of the two. CBS was too
afraid to release it in the States initially because it was too raw. And
they waited until after Give 'Em Enough Rope came out before they plucked up
their nerve.
