Songwriting can be the hardest thing in the world to do!   There are so few 
exceptions of older artists maintaining brilliance.   Serge Gainsbourg is one 
of those fellows who always wrote fantastic material throughout middle age.   
My favorite U2 album is Achtung Baby.   I like later period Jonathan Richman.
