ways!!!
I just dropped my daughter off for piano lessons and on the way out I
stumbled upon a copy of "International Pop Overthrow-Midwest 07". The
magazine promoting Chicago IPO and four nights in Minneapolis?! What
the ??
Included on the bill Stingray Green (formerly The Vandalias), The
Conquerors, The Autumn Leaves and more.
The nights in Mpls are May 2-5th.
Chicago IPO is April 13-28th.

... and it's still going strong. As David's merch coordinator I've been
present at every IPO Chicago show thus far, and I have to say that
there's been an unusually strong sprinkling of good new acts this year.
I'll give my summation next week when it's all over (and I've caught up
on my sleep), but suffice it to say that I've been pleasantly surprised
by this year's newbies.
Meanwhile, this coming Saturday night's closing IPO set at the Abbey Pub
(The Lackloves, The Greenwoods, The Handcuffs, Pezband, and Off
Broadway) is not to be missed if you're anywhere within driving distance
of the Windy City. Stop by the merch table and say "hi" to the McCartney
heretic, if you dare!
