See, that's the thing... They *have* to pay royalties. That's the point of
this legislation. And it's not like webcasters don't want to pay royalties.
So, it's odd that no one has said a thing about who's collecting these
royalties and divvying them up.
What a drag it is.

I control the rights to EVERYTHING on my radio station....and under this
legislation I would still have to pay a fee. And there has still been no
explanation as to how I am to get paid for the material once the fees are
collected from everyone who is broadcasting. I should be exempt from playing
my own music....but if I'm not (as the case seems to be)....I should be
getting paid for what was played when the royalties are collected and
divvied back up.
