Interesting. I have a high school English teacher to thank as well.
She had us reading Vonnegut, Peter S. Beagle, Richard Brautigan and JRR
Tolkien. Based on her age, I think she must have been a Beatnik in her
day.
Maybe school didn't suck so bad after all....and it never dawned on me
to thank her.
