You need the WinRar program to unzip the files. You can find it easily
googling for it. It says it's a 40-day trial program, but I've been using it
for months now. All you get is an "about to expire" warning, but it still
works. You extract the files into a folder of your choice. The program will
ask you for the password first (which you can find in the blog post), and
voilà...
