I wouldn't worry just yet. From what I've been reading, the last couple of times things seemed they might become this dire the RIAA struck fairer-than-expected deals with small webcasters (the current rates for royalties through LoudCity, which pays ASCAP, BMI, SESAC and SoundExchange, are pretty fair, in my view). Depending on how many listeners you have, how much profit you're making, etc., this may not even change your situation. And there will be appeals on this ruling.
In other words, don't get rid of your ShoutCast server just yet, Farrar. Chin up!
