I like some of Boz's earlier stuff, though I completely agree with you 
that Silk Degrees is the beez kneez. Look into "My Time" with the very 
power poppy "Dinah Flo" or the album (forgetting the name now) that 
features "We Were Always Sweethearts". And after Silk Degrees, "Down Two 
Then Left" has some really nice pop without too much of that disco flavor.
