My favorite on Gene Simmons' album remains "See You Tonite;" I got hooked on
the song via its performance on KISS' MTV Unplugged show, and went right out
to pick up the CD immediately. It was subsequently the first KISS-related
track ever played on THIS IS ROCK 'N' ROLL RADIO, and we played it on our very
first show.
And I'll always have a specific fondness of KISS, since those guys were A) my
first-ever rock concert (December 19, 1976 in Syracuse), and B) my first-ever
cover story as a freelance writer (Goldmine, June 29, 1990).
