Thanks for your stories and excellent advice everyone.   I pursued costs of 
trademarks today.   To own one in the EU is a whopping 950 + euros.   The US is 
a somewhat affordable $325.   Perhaps we will change our names to the 
Flushing Baskervilles.   Imagine the album covers! - Rob
