I saw the Posies once long ago. I walked out after a few songs. I just
wasn't feeling it at the time and admit I wasn't fully into that sound
at the time. Which isn't to say I'm a huge Posies fan but I know I'd
appreciate them much more now. I never saw them again other then as
members of Big Star.
Oddly enough the first time I saw the Mats they were warming up for
someone at Duffy's Bar. I only watched a few songs per we all decided
to run next door for a cheap beer. This had to be around the time
of "Sorry Ma". Wish I could go back in time and buy us all a round and
relive that show.
The bright side is I did get to see them quite a few times years later
but not until post "Let it Be".
