If you don't have any of her stuff, I cannot possibly recommend "When The Pawn..." highly enough, pretentiously annoying title notwithstanding.  Seriously killer album -- Jon Brion kicked her songwriting into overdrive.  "Extraordinary Machine" has some very good moments but to my ears falls far short of "When The Pawn..."
