There's a track on the latest Ben Vaughn album called "Too Happy" that features whistling throughout. In an NPR piece, Ben describes hiring a professional whistler. After listening to the first take of the song, Ben told him that there was too much trill, so the whistler told him not to worry, "the trill is gone".
