My wife's college roommate briefly dated Wayne Coyne of the Flaming Lips in 
the mid-1990's.  She said he left some of the longest, most bizarre messages 
on their answering machine, providing much entertainment for the dorm.  
Evidently, it didn't occur to anyone to save the messages.
