Well, that's because people asked for the best!

"Rock And Roll Cities" might be my least favorite Kinks song ever - while
there are many that are just okay, I can't think of too many other
Kinktunes that I would want REMOVED from their catalogue. But "Lost and
Found", "Video Shop", "How Are You" and "When You Were A Child" are my
favorites.

No one said UK JIVE either, but that's a stronger one than THINK VISUAL...a
very underrated Kinks album. PHOBIA was a letdown for me by comparison.

Of the post-MH stage, SCHOOLBOYS IN DISGRACE is my favorite - I think that's
when Dave turned into a bonafide arena rock star. The MISFITS?SLEEPWALKER
period was a little more polished until LOW BUDGET saw them rediscovered as
rock gods (albeit with great songwriting). And I love the WORD OF MOUTH -
STATE OF CONFUSION - GIVE THE PEOPLE WHAT THEY WANT triad.

Basically...was it Larry O Dean who said you can't go wrong buying a Kinks
album? Good on ya, mate - I second that comment.

cheers
b
