I met Gary a few times. Last time was when Greg Kihn came to town. My 
pal Greg Douglass was the other guitarist at the time. Which was 
probably 20 some years ago. I bumped into him when I worked in Berkeley 
too. Very nice guy. He had also been in Copperhead and Freedom Highway 
(I think) a 60's Bay Area band.
