Actually, they have. I already called the guy on this last month. He's well aware of IPO, but in his own words he feels they are "a little too inclusive." and continues on to say "I really don't consider a lot of their stuff powerpop. It's cool, everyone can interpret it however they want!" He seems like a nice guy, but be that as it may, I told him they really shouldn't be billing themselves as the "first" power-pop festival in NYC.
