Nothing more than I've writ. But one comment. Stuart said he thins out
based on, did he listen to something in the last 5 years. That wouldn't
work for me, because when I try something like that, I invariably pull
out
CDs and say, "Hey! I haven't played this in over 5 years!" and then pop
them in.
I tend to do what Stewart does and "try" to sell after 5 years of not
playing it. But, my mistake in the past was after 5 years, I often
would put them on before selling them and about 75% of the time I'd
think, "oh that's still pretty good, I think I'll hang on to it". Then
it would sit for another 5 years unplayed. Sad but true.
One thing technology has done for me is allowed me to part with such
discs per often it's only a couple of songs I still really love. So, I
can make an MP3 of the song and I live with that.
