A couple of comments --

1.  A lot of people have the view that the new Hold Steady is a big step up 
-- why?  I think the lyrics are better on Separation Sunday and the music 
also more consistent.  That being said, I like the expansion of their sound 
and think they have a lot more great music ahead.

2.  Not to knock Danger Mouse, but Cee-Lo deserves a lot of credit too.  
This fall, Sony/BMG released a Cee-Lo best of that made it quite clear that 
his contributions to the songwriting were very significant.  Their talents 
really compliment each other.

Keep those lists coming people!  I'm finally tabulating!
