Well, if relationships count, she's definitely in: Jules Shear, Glen Tilbrook, Colin Moulding and, of course, Michael Penn.
As for the music, the final 'til Tuesday album as well as Whatever and I'm With Stupid definitely hit the jangle, buzz and hook buttons on my power pop meter.

Not even close, but I am interested as to why you listed her
