I'll agree with both of you fellas on this one.
I loved the first two Streets records, and still listen to "Original  
Pirate Material" all the time. On his third outing, it seemed like  
Mr. Skinner was rushed, and severely lacking in the inspiration  
department. There was nothing on this record that jumped out and  
grabbed me the way that "Has It Come To This?" and "I Could Well Be  
In," did from the first two LPs.
Perhaps I need to go back and listen to "Hardest" again and re- 
evaluate, but that's definitely how the record left me on initial  
listens.
