Sad to hear. Certainly one of the greatest performer to ever hit the
stage. A true legend.
I saw him just once many years ago (early 80's). But it's etched in
my brain like few other shows. It was at short lived nightclub in
Minneapolis called The Carlton. Just an amazing show. "The hardest
working man in show business"....indeed
Several years before this I recall being at a bar in the late 70's
and they were showing vintage clips on a TV screen of JB from late
60's. I somehow had not seen this before. I couldn't even hear the
sound but I couldn't keep my eyes off of him.
