Sorry, DOH!...forgot about one of my favorites of the year:
7.The Feeling - 12 Stops and Home - "Fill My Little World" was a single in the UK and should
have been a hit in the states...oh, well. Great harmonies!
thanks...
later,joe

>1. L.E.O - Alpacas Orgling - Agreed...stupidest album name EVER on a pretty damned amazing record! Hearing Andy Sturmer
>sing again, if only on one bridge, made this #1 for me this year.
>2. Drake Bell - It's Only Time - If this record is any indication as to this kids musical future he's got a life long fan in me.
>3.My Chemical Romance - The Black Parade - All the references to Queen and such were lost on me until I heard the entire
>album. It's as if they were writing in a stream of consciousness that allowed for some of the longest and most creative melodies
>I've heard in long time.
>4.Dixie Chicks - Long way Around - Songs straight from the gut with crisp-in-your-face production. Got it for the wife, now I'm hooked.
>5.The Brother Kite - Waiting For The Time To Be Right - Moody, reverb soaked, melancholic beauty.
>6.Sparks - Hello Young Lovers - If only for "Dick Around" which brought my attention a second time to who are now one of my
>favorite all time bands.
