In case you aren't aware of this trick ... if you want something from
a different country's iTunes store that isn't availble in you own
country - you just have to get an iTunes gift card from that country.
Good for people outside the US to get tv shows etc.  You have to lie
about your address too, but can't be checked like a credit card.

I live in the Dakota - nice view of Central Park.
