Wonderful taste for someone so young...and the greatest kind of present a father can ask for.
Must wipe tears from keyboard. Congrats, Joe...

Wow! That's one critical detail I totally flubbed. Her name is Cindy
Field.

Mine's 12 and she likes to rock....piano, guitar, vocals. No teeny bop
stuff for her!"
Cindy is 22, and has been playing (I really mean playing, not so much
working at it) for a few years, although college has gotten in the way
of serious dedicated practice time. She took about three months of
lessons maybe five or six years ago.
Quick story: Two years ago on my birthday, she called me up to her
practice room at home and said she wanted play a song for me. She then
did Nilsson's "Puppy Song"---one of the favorite b-day gifts I've ever
received.
