Rafael - many times discs come loose in transit and handling. My advice - if
you're buying at a store, ask to be able to open it up and inspect after you
buy it. If it's scratched, broken, whatever - no issue with it already being
damaged when you got it. Even if it looks good, if it turns out to be
unplayable when you get it home, the guy at the shop will remember you. Just
make a point to play that disc right away to make certain.
I'm not crazy about it when stuff arrives rattling, but I've rarely had a
problem with the disc. It's when the spokes on the disc holder shatter and
fly around the case with the disc - that's what increases the chance of
scratches and damage.
