The craziest part about the song is that it was already a Top40 hit in
Canada in 1983 before being re-discovered (without the courtesy of a TV
commercial or movie soundtrack tie-in). Let's see THAT happen again....
The band had long since split up and the principle songwriters had gone on
to form Frozen Ghost...who had their own string of Top40's here. The singer,
Freddie Curcci, and sideman Steve DeMarchi along with Roger Fisher from
Heart tried to revive the band but they couldn't use the name, legally. So
they became ALIAS and managed to scored a #2 Billboard hit called "More Than
Words Can Say" in '90.
