I still have to delve more into Krazy Kat -- looking at single strips
doesn't really shed light on its greatness. If we're mentioning the great,
in addition to a ditto on Will Eisner's The Spirit (I'm v. happy that I got
to see Eisner chat with Neil Gaiman at the Chicago Humanities Festival a few
years ago), two of my other faves are Walt Kelly's Pogo and the most recent
classic, Bill Watterson's Calvin and Hobbes.
