The name 10cc reminds me of a name I always wanted to give a band,
back when I was in bands: The Seven Percent Solution.
Alas and alack.
By the way, NPR's All Things Considered had a little George Harrison
tribute today. Those of you on the West Coast can still catch it.
Also by the way, I re-discovered a group from my home state -- L.T.D.! I
picked up Togetherness on CD a little bit ago. I would consider them
pop considering they had a string of hits back in the day, and the
remaster sounds good to these ears. Just thought I'd commend it to the
attention of those who like the late 70s-early 80s funk/disco stuff.
Kind of like Tower of Power, but ... kind of not.
Cheers,
Farrar Hudkins
