Yes...spent four days there with my family in August....went to Vegas for
two days...and when we returned, the Orchid wouldn't honour my second
reservation for our final night before returning home because the reserve on
my credit card from the first leg of the stay had effectively wiped out all
the available credit.....and they wouldn't take cash.
Not sure I would stay there again....my family and I nearly had to sleep in
our vehicle that night. Luckily a friend put us in touch with a more
understanding hotel chain who took us in and charged us $200 LESS for the
same basic accomodations.
