Hey, everybody.

I'm just going to throw in the text of the press release for the show. That
way, those who hope to attend can have the info they need and those of us
who work in radio and writing about music can have access to the information
they need.

There's a really cool poster for this event that has the covers of all five
Sun albums and a pretty good photo of us playing in Chicago. Contact me off
list and I'll send you a .pdf copy.

Local Legends, The Sun Sawed in 1/2
return to St. Louis for one-night-only performance

[St. Louis, Mo. November 21, 2006] --For one night only, St. Louis'

2nd at Lemmon¹s, located at 5800 Gravois Avenue. Opening acts begin at 9:00
pm and the band will take the stage at 10:00 pm.

Although the band reunited for a select few special events over the past few
years in Chicago, Boston and Liverpool, England as part of the International
Pop Overthrow Festivals, this will be The Sun Sawed in 1/2¹s first St. Louis

The band will perform songs from their five albums as well as new songs from
songwriter Tim Rose's new group, Fresh Mowed Lawn (based in Boulder, CO and
featuring former Sun drummer Matt Martin).

The Sun Sawed in1/2 was formed in 1989 by brothers Tim and Ken Rose and
quickly became a mainstay of the St. Louis pop music scene throughout the
nineties. During that time, they recorded five albums and toured extensively
both in the United Sates and abroad.

The band has undergone several personnel transformations in its
seventeen-year history, counting among its ranks several of St. Louis¹
finest musicians. The show will feature many former Sun players, including:
Doug Bobenhouse (vocals), Ken Rose (bass, vocals), Tim Rose (guitar, backing
vocals), Jeff Bartholic (guitar), Ken Kase (guitar, backing vocals), John
Holt (keyboards). Steve Bunck (drums) and Dave Farver (sax, backing vocals).

Also on the bill are St. Louis pop legends Give Her a Lizard and The
Webstirs from Chicago. Give Her a Lizard opens the show at 9:00 pm and The
Webstirs will close the show at 11:30 pm

Both The Sun Sawed in 1/2 and Fresh Mowed Lawn are Not Lame Records artists
and their albums are available at http://www.notlame.com .
