Those that know me know I put my money where my mouth is. Jukebox coinage
is radio station catharsis for us little guys.
1) Wilson Pickett - The Exciting Wilson Pickett - 99 & a half plus a
gazillion other hits
2) Otis Redding - Tell the Truth - early key to a new direction but
for an airplane
crash - Otis is as bankable as Elvis in the jukebox economy
3) The Strangeloves - I Want Candy: The Best Of The Strangeloves - the killers
It's About My Baby & Cara-Lin are included, tho their hits
will mint quarters
(DO NOT buy the inferior, shorter-by-half, later, In the Night
Time comp)
4) Leon Russell - S/T (1970) - anyone in a bar "drinking" who doesn't
know & love
at least one of these songs is NOT a patron you want as a repeat customer
5) Kinks - Face to Face - NOT a guaranteed money earner, tho' it
contains jukebox
top 10 $cash$ producer Sunny Afternoon. Personally, I'd go
with a Kinks comp,
irrespective of your spec, specifically the Singles
Collection, or if you have the
slots, the 2-cd The Ultimate Collection.
