I tend to be on the Pazz & Jop schedule, which means I can dawdle on my list until Valentine's Day.  But Willie Nile's STREETS OF NEW YORK is everything that makes me happy to have ears.  And the reissue of Dwight Twilley's TWILLEY and SCUBA DIVERS in a two-fer made me thankful that other obsessive pop geeks occassionally can get a CD produced. :-)
