Just have to inject this comment - nothing turns me off a band or an artist
more than when they start preaching politics.
I used to love the Pernice Brothers, then listened to Joe Pernice talk about
his political causes and views and started hearing it injected in his music.
I just can't listen to it or support it. I can't trust that the hard earned
dollars I spend on those CDs isn't going to go to some cause that I am
completely opposed to.
