OK, this is what I'm looking for:
I want to be able to generate lists of participants on albums. In other
words, if the album was produced by Mitchell Froom, I want to be able to
view all albums produced by him. If Art Blakey played the drums on a whole
bunch of albums, I want to generate a list of all albums he plays on. Record
labels, year of release, etc.
I also want to be able to extract individual artist's tracks from
compilation CDs. So if the Sonics appear on three compilation CDs, I want to
be able to see a list of all the tracks containing the Sonics at a glance.
How about that?
