If you like that crazy 'insanely great pop' stuff that apparently goes down
well with Auditeers, check out Bryan Estepa's All the Bells and Whistles on
Popboomerang. This is one of those classic melodic pop records that is in
league with Badfinger, Todd Rundgren, Gigolo Aunts, and Semisonic, just to
name a few artists that this evokes. Nothing new maybe, but this is swell
all the way through.
It also represents a pop trifecta for producer Michael Carpenter, who has
also produced top flight efforts for Marty Rudnick and an artist who is
coincidentally named Michael Carpenter.
