Hey all,
There's a folk tribute to The Beatles' "Rubber Soul" called
"Rubber Folk" which was released recently and I just heard it today. Folk
heavyweights like John Tams (ex-Albion Band), June Tabor, Waterson:Carthy
and Ralph McTell alongside new folkies Seth Lakeman and Cara Dillon (amongst
others) feature on the disc. It sounds pretty good and will definitely
appeal to Beatles completists but I'd need to hear it again to see if it
warrants a purchase from myself. Any other opinions on it?? Apologies if
it's been discussed before...
Brian
