What the F is up with David Fagin and The Rosenbergs?
Department Store Girl was an amazing CD....then nothing for over 2 years. The web site hasn't been updated in ages. No shows to speak of.

I updated the New York Power Pop Page to include new links to NY concert venues, local bands, and general power pop resources. I also included a list of a few upcoming concert dates. Also added was an expanded review of Sparklefest 2006, that appeared here first.
If you put "power pop" into the google search box, my site invariably comes up in the top five, so their computer agrees that it's a good resource for power pop information. There are no ads on this site.
If any auditeers are going to the IPO next month, (and as David Bash says, "You'll be glad you did"), please say hello. I promised Jennie Barnett I would help behind the merch table now that I've moved from Baltimore and am in New York full time.
I was listening to Alan Haber's station on live365 and a song immediately caught my attention, it was by Chris Brown. Another great song came on an hour later, and wouldn't you know it, it was by that same Chris Brown. Of course, some auditeers had posted about this artist months ago. I can't wait until the CD arrives, and I flipped when I saw that Chris was coming from San Francisco to play at IPO New York!
