In honor of going into the mastering stage of the new Adam Marsland's Chaos Band/Alan Boyd live album LONG PROMISED ROAD: THE SONGS OF DENNIS AND CARL WILSON LIVE, we've posted another preview mp3 for your listening pleasure.

It's the notorious "Keepin' The Summer Alive" (KTSA for short) the 1980 song Carl Wilson cowrote with Randy Bachman to recast the Beach Boys' summertime motif into a hard rock style. It's a goofy song but I love it. What can I say.

We let our punk roots show on this one...Alan Boyd has said of my vocal that it sounds like Dennis punched Carl in the throat before going onstage and singing it himself. Which I take as a compliment.

We've also posted a blog that has more details about the mixdown and track listing of the album, including information on our recording of an unreleased and unbootlegged Dennis song called "Wouldn't It Be Nice to Live Again."

Anyway, it's up at our original music page: www.myspace.com/adammarsland. Come listen and let us know what you think... Myspace is being a biotch but people do seem to be getting it to play.
