I'm convinced that my mild case of tinnitus is directly caused by that 
show -- during the MBV set closer, a 10-minute one-chord jam on, I 
believe, "You Made Me Realise," I could actually FEEL the air being 
pushed forward by the amps -- but the loudest show I've ever seen was 
actually the Nihilist Spasm Band in a basement pool hall on College 
Street in Toronto.
