I have been using Pandora (www.pandora.com) for a the past several months
and find it to be a terrific way of discovering new artists who are (and
some who certainly are not) within my preferred styles of music. I consider
myself fairly knowledgable about bands in my preferred genres-- power pop,
jangle rock, etc.-- but have been surprised by several bands/artists that I
really like but had never heard of. So far my favorite discoveries have
been Muzzle, Novillero and the Anniversary. I have picked up two used
Muzzle cds from Djangomusic.com; the one I have listed to in nearly its
entirety, "Betty Pickup," is really good.

Has anyone else "discovered" someone new through Pandora?

Ron K.
