I've had some flakyness syncing - but the new features in 7 are great.
 I love the coverflow and gapless playback has been a long time
coming.  Multiple libraries is also handy when you have your
collection on external hard drives.

It is buggy - more on the PC than the Mac I think - but I'm sure it
will be fixed up over the next little while.
