On this subject, I'd like to plug one of my fave pop records of the
year.  The record is called Neon & Ruin, and its by a Seattle band
called The Slender Means.  I love their live show, and I think the
debut album is pretty amazing, both in terms of songs and performance.
 And it's also on eMusic.
